About RNDC

Rural Nevada Development Corporation (RNDC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit development corporation formed in January 1992. RNDC serves the fifteen rural counties of Nevada, rural Clark and Washoe counties, and the twenty-seven Native American tribes of Nevada.

RNDC is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). RNDC provides small business loans from $500 to $250,000 to rural Nevada entrepreneurs, and its I-80 Fund offers low-interest small business loans in Humboldt, Lander, Eureka, and Elko counties in partnership with Nevada Gold Mines.

RNDC’s housing programs include down payment assistance for low-income first-time homebuyers, homeowner rehabilitation, and weatherization, along with multi-family senior housing at John Marvel Senior Village and Wells Golden Village. RNDC partners with USDA, SBA, and federal, state, and local entities. RNDC is an Equal Opportunity Lender.
